Zanders Paper has new co-investor

The company will continue to manufacture all of its core products and also develop new qualities.

Swedish company Jool Invest AB is the new co-investor of Germany Zanders Paper. Financial details on the transaction were not disclosed, but Zanders informed it would continue manufacturing all of its core products, namely Chromolux, Zanlabel, Zanbarrier, Zanpack, Zanjet, Silver Digital and RX Nature. In addition, it was planned to introduce new paper and board qualities.

Jool Invest is the owner of Jool Group, with subsidiaries mainly active within the paper production, wood product manufacturing and finance industries. Among other companies, it owns Lessebo Paper. The group consist of 12 legal entities and has around 250 employees. Subsidiaries of the group have a global presence and offices in six countries.

Zanders Paper manufactures specialty papers and cartons for labels, packaging, and graphic applications. The company operates the The Gohrsmühle paper mill with around 310 employees.
