Prices will go up by 12 per cent from 1 July, the company said.
Higher costs, especially for pulp, chemicals and logistics, force Mitsubishi Hitec Paper to increase prices for its range of coated specialty papers (thermoscript, jetscript, giroform, supercote, barricote).
Prices will be higher by 12 per cent for deliveries from 1 July 2022, the company stated, adding that customers would be directly contacted by Mitsubishi Hitec Paper sales people.
Most recently label paper manufacturer Brigl & Bergmeister and specialty paper supplier Drewsen announced price increases for deliveres from 1 July too.
