The situation on the German recovered paper market has shifted dramatically within a short period of time. Prices of ordinary RCP grades already fell significantly in August and now even larger reductions are being reported for September. Quotes for supermarket paper and board and mixed paper and board have been reduced by an average of €70-80 this month, say market participants.
