The European Union has expanded its sanctions against Russia, which now include imports of newsprint (4801). According to the Official Journal of the European Union of 6 October 2022, contracts signed prior to 7 October 2022 are exempted from this change. This means that existing delivery agreements are not affected by the sanctions and remain valid....
