Fibria is selling its Piracicaba specialty paper mill to Oji Paper. According to Fibria, both parties have entered into an irrevocable purchase and sale agreement on 22 September. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for 29 September. Fibria puts the sale price at $313m.
Piracicaba mill runs one paper machine and is specialising in thermal and carbonless copy paper production.
