Higher export prices lead to increases for ordinary recovered paper grades in France

Demand in France for all grades of recovered paper from both domestic and other European paper producers continues to be weak. Yet, ordinary grades become slightly more expensive in September as mills were forced to close the gap to prices on the Far East export market that had been widening of late. Prices for other grades were mostly stable compared with August. Coloured letters were the sole exception, with a mark-down of a few euros....
