Insolvent specialty paper manufacturer Hunsfos Fabrikker is to be liquidated. The search for an investor was unsuccessful. Over the past two months, the company’s insolvency administrator Håvard Wiker was in discussions with several interested parties but no agreement was reached. On 24 November he announced that the company will go into liquidation. Production at the mill in Vennesla has been idle since 22 September this year when the commencement of the insolvency proceedings was announced.
