Due to production difficulties at the Gävle mill in October and December 2010, Korsnäs AB will be recording a considerably lower operating result for the fourth quarter 2010 than it did for the same period of 2009. According to a company spokeswoman, the production difficulties at the Gävle mill also had direct effects on production and order backlogs at the Frövi mill. In order to compensate for the losses in the output of LPB and to minimise their effect on customers, some of the orders were outsourced from Gävle to Frövi.
