Mayer-Kuvert-network has continued its expansion. The envelope producer took over the Dutch ENFA Groep with effect from 1 September 2007. ENFA Groep was formed by the merger of the companies ENFA in Venlo and Amco in Utrecht. According to Mayer-Kuvert, the group has 145 employees and generated sales of €28m in 2006. ...
