Norske Skog has taken another step to improve the company’s financial position. It has sold its affiliated energy commercialization company Enerpar (Energias do Paraná) to the Brazilian subsidiary of SN Power Invest. Enerpar was founded by Norske Skog in 2008 and owns energy purchase contracts up to the end of 2025 for an average annual value of 1.2 TWh, according to SN Power Invest. The value of the transaction amounts to BRL120m (about €52.3m).
