On the markets for printing and writing paper in France, it appears prices could converge in July. Following several cost surges and enormous price hikes, some paper producers are aiming for further price hikes as of July, which could narrow the currently very large price range. The negotiations are ongoing in some instances. And now that UPM’s capacities in Finland are running again, it will become apparent where demand and supply stand in relation to each other....
