Spanish Unipapel will sell its 50% stake in Suministros Integrales de Oficina (Ofiservice) to its French joint venture partner Lyreco for €68.7m. The transaction is to be finalized in February. For Unipapel the divestment marks the final step to exit the retail business. The company intends to focus on its core activity, the wholesale of offices supplies, in the future.
