Sequana shares delisted

Shares of Sequana, the holding company of Antalis and Arjowiggins, were delisted from Euronext Paris as from 19 June 2019.

On 17 June, European stock exchange operator Euronext announced its decision to delist Sequana shares from Euronext Paris as of 19 June 2019.

At the end of May, the Nanterre commercial court decided that Sequana would be liquidated as the company was unable to meet the financial obligations imposed in its legal dispute with British American Tobacco (BAT).
