Vertaris plans to exit paper production and to focus on recycled pulp. The French company told EUWID that it would "mainly produce pulp" and give up production of recycled printing and writing paper. The company had filed for insolvency in October and is now undergoing a six-month observation period. Vertaris restarted paper production about two years ago on one machine with a capacity of about 70.000 tpy.
