Billerud is introducing a new organisational structure. The company announced it would operate its business in two distinct geographical regions in future: Europe and North America.
Matthew Hirst, previously Executive Vice President Commercial, has been appointed President of Billerud Europe and will lead the new European organisation consisting of Commercial, Operations and Procurement & Wood Supply functions. Kevin Kuznicki remains President of the North American organisation.
Billerud also announced that Andrei Krés has been appointed as acting CFO of the group and will be part of the management team. Mr Krés has most recently held the position of Vice President of the Group Finance function.
