Germany-based Carton Group will take over British luxury packaging supplier Wrapology.
With this move, the German group continues on its growth path. Lately, the company also acquired Noble-pac in Germany and Europoligrafico in Italy.
Wrapology is based in London and has subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The company designs, produces and markets luxury packaging for the beauty products, jewellery, perfum and household appliances segments.
The family-led business will become a direct subsidiary of Carton Group. Financial details of the transaction have not been published. Closing is exepected "soon".
The acquisition will allow Wrapology to scale and further expand its business model, while contributing its expertise in design, materials and complex logistics.
