New batch of RCP import licences for China

The second batch of licences to import recovered paper into China has been issued and brings total volumes YTD to 3.19 million t.

This equals a decrease of more than one third compared to last year. The first two batches issued for 2019 covered a total volume of 5.47 million t.

The biggest share of the volumes went to Nine Dragons (23 per cent), Guangzhou Paper (17 per cent) and Shanying International (14 per cent).
